Canada Cellular Concrete Contractor Services – The Port Mann Water Supply Tunnel was constructed by Metro Vancouver, under the Fraser River, the largest river in British Columbia, Canada. The tunnel is earthquake-resistant and located just downstream of the new Port Mann Bridge.
